DJ Side Wall Conveyor

DJ side wall conveyor: DJ side wall conveyor is the conveyer equipment for conveying of the bulk material, adopting the conveyor belt having corrugated sidewall (skirting conveyor belt, conveyor belt with skirt boards). Therefore, DJ side wall conveyor is applicable to the conveying at large angle of inclination.

DJ side wall conveyor is applicable to coal, chemical industry, building material, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, foodstuff, harbor, marine vehicle, thermoelectric fields, it is applicable to conveying of the bulk material whose bulk specific gravity is0.5-2.5t/m3 under the operating ambient temperature of -15℃-+40℃. Regarding the material with special requirement, such as high temperature, the material with oil, acid, alkali or organic solvent, for which the special conveyor belt shall be needed witnin the range of 0°-90°in inclination.

Adopting DJ side wall conveyor to convey the bulk material shall save on floor space of the equipment so as to ensure the conveying inclination, to which the common figured rubber belt conveyor can not reach. The mechanical belt conveyor shall save on investment by 20%-30%, with low cost, its performance shall be better in building material and coal industries.

Compared with the other belt conveyor, bucket elevator, scraper conveyor, the technical performance of the steep rubber belt conveyor shall be much better, its conveying capacity is large, which is up to 6000m3/h, its steeplifting height is up to 200m, during steep conveying process, the grain size of the material is up to 200mm, thus, the smooth transition from horizon to inclination (or verticality) shall be guaranteed. With the advantages of low energy consumption, simple structure, convenient maintenance, high strength of the rubber belt, long service life. DJ side wall conveyor is also characterized by simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, it has made a significant headway in lifting height and conveying capacity in recent years, therefore, its field of application is getting wider and wider.
